Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your curls, but if a product isn't the right fit, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and at least half-full to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
